| With reporters located throughout New York State we not only provide statewide service but also are available to cover American style depositions in Montreal, Quebec; Ottawa and Toronto, Ontario. We can arrange for interpreters if that is required. Our upstate New York offices are an hour south of these Canadian locations. Additionally, we have significant international experience.
We are experienced in all aspects of litigation including, but not limited to: personal injury, accidents, asbestos, aviation, construction, admiralty, medical and legal malpractice, contracts, securities, health care, entertainment law, aviation, patent, trademark, copyright and intellectual property. Medical and business record retrieval: Requests for retrieving records by written authorization or subpoena. Where applicable we will accept telephone authorization. Available for depositions, arbitrations, hearings and meetings: Rough ASCII/Daily copy (prior arrangement)/Expedite e-mail of transcript to meet delivery needs Medical and expert experience Full in-house video and editing service Condensed transcript with key word index Will reserve conference rooms, first come, first served basis e-transcript Related services: Internet capabilities Phone-in dictation service (prior arrangement required for ID number) Medical and business record retrieval and copying Imaging and document scanning Analog and digital transcription of electronically recorded proceedings with full indexing, condensed transcript Unique services: Our call-in dictation service is a fall-out of our medical transcription division. For years, physicians have been able to pick up a phone and dictate notes on patients and procedures. One of our clients suggested that we make that service available to our legal users and we have. It allows dictation any time of the day or night with delivery specifications determined by the user. Providing formats you prefer ahead of time allows us to provide your dictation of letters, summaries, reports, et cetera in the style you prefer. We can deliver by modem, e-mail or fax wherever you need the document. As court reporters/transcriptionists we know the importance of quality work and provide that same level of service to our call-in clients.
