Description of Service(s):
Founded in 1989, Space Analytics offers expert witness services focused on the design, configuration and performance of buildings and places.

Two themes underlie our work: 1) representation and simulation of functional and configurational elements of built environments; 2) evaluation of design decision processes. Our methodologies - spatial network geometries based on shape recognition and mathematical network analysis - meet the four Daubert criteria for evaluating the admissibility of expert testimony. They provide concrete results that can be presented in everyday language and understandable graphics.
