SERVICE OF PROCESS Fast Service - We have servers on the road from early morning until late evening every day of the week. This means that most documents are served within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Fair Prices - Our "Procedure Based" fee schedule makes efficient use of your service dollar. Knowledgeable Servers - Our servers are well trained and kept up to date on the latest changes in the law. Complete notes are maintained on every service and receipt signatures are obtained from the person being served. We Keep You Informed - Regular updates are provided to your office on the status of each service. Notice of competed services is provided automatically. LEGAL MESSENGER Our messengers cover all of Whatcom and Skagit counties. They are very familiar with all of the courts in both counties. Routed messengers are in the courts several times each day. Special messengers are available to cover all of northwest Washington. RECORDS RETRIEVAL We can locate and obtain almost any public document. Court files and Auditor's recordings are our specialty. Copies can be supplied on paper or electronically. Knowledgeable of scanning techniques, our staff can obtain, scan, and e-mail to you the documents you need.
