"Recovering Digital Evidence"

Introducing eFor, Inc.

The partners at eFor, Inc. work with civil and criminal prosecutors to help them gather information hidden in computers that is critical to the success of their discovery process and investigations. As computer forensics experts, eFor, Inc. partners are trained to preserve, identify, extract, recover, analyze and document electronic files and data that can be admitted as evidence in civil or criminal proceedings. In addition to being masters of digital discovery, eFor, Inc. experts use court approved tools and processes to avoid destroying evidence, unintentionally undermining a case or creating legal exposure by jeopardizing the admissibility of evidence produced during the forensic examination.

eFor, Inc. partners are trained to assist with employee litigation, intellectual property theft, Internet fraud, email abuse, and marital/custody investigations. We can recreate nearly any information recorded on a computer even if the user attempted to reformat, delete, overwrite, hide, or even password protect files.

· Recovery of documents, spreadsheets, images and more
· All computer systems from PCs and laptops to nationwide networks
· Recovery of emails and path across the internet from the original sender including anonymous email
· Chat session reconstruction
· Internet browsing history with historical timeline
· Complete chain of custody and evidence preservation

eFor, Inc. experts are also available to counsel attorneys and their clients regarding all technological aspects of gathering and analyzing data stored on digital media, provide expert testimony, challenge opponent's testimony, assist in depositions of technical personnel, and provide recovered information to share with others involved in the case.
