How We Work

Our paralegals can prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions in any state. Our attorneys have their clients complete the intake forms, which the attorney or staff member then scans or faxes to us. We complete the petition and either e-mail it to the attorney in PDF format, software format, or file it electronically as instructed. Attorneys pay a flat fee, as low as $125, for petition preparation, with discounts offered for more than 10 bankruptcies a month. We offer services on a petition by petition basis, no contracts, using the software of your choice, or Best Case. Your clients never know a paralegal outside of your office is preparing their petition!
