And, attempted service before and after business hours and on weekends is provided at no additional charge. Our written questions/records specialists are some of the best in the state committed to individual service to each and every client. Requests for retrieving medical, employment, personnel and payroll records by subpoena or with a written authorization may be made by telephone. Notices are issued upon receipt of request, and records are scheduled at the earliest convenience for pick up. Status reports are provided weekly on difficult files or cases.
