Our firm is directed by our President, Billy D. Deel, a former Texas Peace Officer educated by Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education, certified as Basic, Intermediate and Advance Certification and Texas Law Enforcement Permanent Peace Officer Appointment. Trained in certified accident investigation, white collar crime, homicide, process service and civil court standards, fingerprints, firearms, handwriting and home security and industrial security. Mr. Deel was also a certified instructor for training other officers in the field as well as the classroom. Formal education was pursued by Mr. Deel after completion of 23 years of service to our country in the U.S. Navy. His jobs were flight engineer, ground school instructor for flight students, navigation instructor and private pilot, aircraft certified mechanic with aircraft investigation training. Positions by Mr. Deel, was a deputy sheriff, deputy constable, and a city policeman. After the formal education was obtained, employment was hard to find. That is how Texas Civil Process, Inc., was born in the year 1982. As Texas Civil Process, Inc. was the fourth (4th) company of this type in the State of Texas. It was very hard to get the attorneys to believe that a private process server was the way to get good work at a reasonable fee. It is never forgotten by our firm that support from the LAW Firms was what has made us. That faith was that Private Process Service was good for their firms. Texas Civil Process, Inc. was very involved and instrumental, assisting other process serving companies addressing the Supreme Court of rule changes allowing private process servers to work and provide service to get the work done and the dockets cleared. Many encounters have been endured and will be in the future. The rules were changed and we can now serve process with the approval of the courts. Thus, Texas Civil Process, Inc. is on the standing orders in the following counties: Nueces, Aransas, Bee, Goliad, Brooks, Kleberg, Refugio, Jackson, DeWitt, Calhoun, Jim Wells, Live, Oak, San Patricio, McMullen, Kenedy and Harris. Also, we have the ability to accomplish the task of appointments in other counties when needed. We are members of the Texas Process Servers Association. We are very proud to state we are a Founding and Charter Member #19 of the National Association of Professional Process Servers. Jobs that we do the best are as follows: process service, abstracts, deed and property search; depositions of written questions; notary; preparation and filing of citations, subpoenas with the clerks (state & federal); estate inventory appraisals, evaluations, supervise estate sales and auctions; tax liens, UCC searches; dba searches; and backgrounds. We strive to notify and keep our clients informed as to the progress and completion of our assignments. We maintain a complete page-by-page file of your documents for a period of seven (7) years. We know all lawsuits are not completed in a hurry. We can produce a copy of the exact paper we delivered or served. At a later date in testimony, if required, in denial of service, delivered or served. We await your inquiry about our services or us.
