What We Do RECORD EXPRESS'S trained staff receives customer orders via mail, telephone, fax and email and processes those orders the same day the orders are received. Each order is tracked through a customized data base. Customers are automatically notified weekly of the status of their order by an email or faxed report detailing all activities relating to their order. At Record Express follow-up is key. Follow-up insures that the flow of the record retrieval process continues along its course quickly and smoothly for the benefit and satisfaction of the customer. The same day that records are retrieved, they are reviewed for accuracy and completeness, then prepared per customer specification (i.e. copied, indexed and bound; scanned to CD; electronically imaged and emailed; reviewed for additional deponents/information providers, etc...). Processed records are forwarded immediately to the customer.
