About Our Company

ExpertMD has been hired by counsel to represent: plaintiffs; defendants; and, we have provided testimony in other medical legal cases that are not med-mal related. Our first case was a missed appendicitis in a retarded girl where we reviewed the records for the plaintiff back in 1982. We specialize in experimental drug study negligent errors that are associated with harm to research subject volunteers. Our opinions have never been rejected by a Court.

ExpertMD is unique in that Melody and I have five board certifications in medical research, we conduct experimental drug studies, and, we teach medical research.
