Martino Consulting and Investigative Services Inc., a licensed California Firm, conducts various consulting functions and investigations related to financial fraud, health care fraud, insurance fraud and related matters. The firm also provides consulting, investigative services and litigation support to a select group of clientele to include attorneys, corporations and others in need of the expertise of the Firm. Daniel M. Martino, the founder, is a highly experienced and respected Former FBI Supervisory Special Agent possessing extensive investigative, managerial and trial experience skills to include testifying in various Federal, State and Local Court proceedings.
Mr. Martino is a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI and participates in a vast network of highly skilled and experienced professionals with a proven track record who can meet the various needs of our clients. The Firm also works closely with specialized professionals such as Forensic Accountants, Computer Analysts, Technical Surveillance Experts, Polygraph Examiners and others to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality product in order to make informed and timely decisions regarding complex and sensitive issues.
Mr. Martino also serves as a consultant to law firms, business groups, associations, corporations and individuals concerning the prevention, detection, and methods utilized in addressing White Collar Crime. Mr. Martino is available for Public Speaking appearances and presentations concerning Health Care Fraud and Abuse, and its impact on the economy, health care industry and the community. Mr. Martino also provides Anti-Health Care Fraud Training to interested parties.
